Welcome to minimotoHQ.com (a division of S&S Motorsports, LLC). We specialize in getting OEM factory-direct and high-performance parts for SSR Motorsports, TrailMaster, and other minibike, pit bike, and youth ATV brands to your door as quickly and securely as possible.

Because powersports parts vary drastically in size—ranging from a featherweight brake lever to a 70-pound crate engine—we utilize a standardized, weight-based tier system to keep your shipping costs fair and predictable.

1. Contiguous United States (Lower 48)

Standard Shipping Tiers & Rates Available to Lower 48 USA:

(Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight classification of the items in your cart)

Featherweight Parts ($9.99 Flat Rate):

Applies to small consumables, electronics, and hardware (e.g., cables, levers, gaskets, jets, brake pads, and small electrical components).

Mid-Weight Hardware ($17.99 Flat Rate):

Applies to mid-sized mechanical and body parts (e.g., chains, sprockets, small exhaust pipes, handlebars, carburetors, and standard pit bike plastics).

Heavy Hardware ($29.99 Flat Rate):

Applies to larger, dense components (e.g., shocks, front forks, small youth tires, brake calipers, torque converters, and stator assemblies).

Note: If you order multiple smaller items that collectively push your package into a heavier weight category, the system will automatically scale to the appropriate mid-weight or heavy hardware rate at checkout.

Class D: Heavy, Freight & Oversized Items

Certain items in our catalog bypass standard parcel shipping due to their immense weight, bulk, or specialized handling requirements. This includes complete engines, live axles, full vehicle frames, and complete wheel assemblies.

Baseline Commitment Fee ($100.00):

A baseline fee of $100.00 is collected at checkout for any order containing Class D oversized items. Many orders will require supplemental invoices to clear the shipping. If a lower rate is available, we will refund the difference.

Supplemental Freight Invoices:

Because freight carrier costs vary dramatically based on your geographic location and whether you require residential lift-gate delivery, a supplemental invoice for the remaining actual freight balance will likely be required.

Fulfillment Process:

If a supplemental freight balance is required, our team will calculate the exact carrier rates to your address and email you the remaining invoice. Your order will be held and will not ship until the supplemental invoice is paid in full. If you choose not to pay the additional freight cost, we will gladly cancel and refund your parts order (less any processing fees).

2. Non-Contiguous United States (Alaska & Hawaii)

Standard Shipping Tiers & Rates (Alaska & Hawaii)

Due to standard carrier surcharges and unified postal rates to non-continental regions, orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to adjusted regional flat-rate tiers. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight classification of the items in your cart:

Featherweight Parts ($19.99 Flat Rate):

Applies to small consumables, electronics, and hardware (e.g., cables, levers, gaskets, jets, brake pads, and small electrical components).

Mid-Weight Hardware ($34.99 Flat Rate):

3. General Shipping Information & Shop Policies

Baseline Commitment Fees

These are used to make it clear LTL and very large orders require expensive carrier fees. We appreciate our customers and aim to keep them riding! With this in mind, we will take into consideration the cost of your order, and the amount we can afford to contribute towards your shipping cost. This allows us to displace some of the burden from you, the customer, to us, the store.

Unfortunately, the cost of shipping often far exceeds our margin, thus causing us to pass it on to you, the customer. With more than 10 years of LTL & Standard shipping experience, we can assure you we will get you the best price possible. Many orders will require supplemental invoices to clear the shipping. If a lower rate is available, we will refund the difference.

Multi-Warehouse Splits:

To give you access to the largest possible inventory, some OEM parts may drop-ship directly from our regional manufacturer networks. If your order arrives in multiple packages over a few days, you will never be charged extra shipping beyond what you paid at checkout.

Shipping Carriers:

We utilize UPS, FedEx, and USPS Ground services depending on the size and destination of your package. LTL Carriers may vary.

Address Accuracy:

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. S&S Motorsports, LLC is not responsible for shipments delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address inputs.

How Our Shipping is Calculated (The Point System)

To keep checkout rates fair and prevent you from being overcharged on shipping, our store uses a specialized point system based on how parts pack and stack together:

0 to 20 Points ($9.99 Lower 48 / $19.99 AK & HI):

Applies to featherweight items (e.g., small parts, cables, and up to 6 drive chains).

21 to 49 Points ($17.99 Lower 48 / $34.99 AK & HI):

Applies to standard mid-weight items (e.g., individual plastic kits, exhausts, and handlebars).

50 to 99 Points ($29.99 Lower 48 / $59.99 AK & HI):

Applies to heavy hardware and dense liquids (e.g., single cases of oil, shocks, and front forks).

100 Points Exactly ($45.00 Lower 48 / $89.99 AK & HI):

Applies to heavy, stacked items safely combined into a single shipping box (e.g., exactly two cases of oil).

101+ Points ($100.00 Lower 48 / $200.00 AK & HI):

Triggers our Class D Freight baseline commitment fee for oversized shipments (e.g., complete engines, frames, and live axles) where a supplemental invoice will likely be required.
